The I3A assumes the commitment to process the information of our users and clients with full guarantees and to comply with the national and European requirements that regulate the collection and use of the personal data of our users. Responsibility for the contents
I3A will make every effort to avoid errors and, where appropriate, repair or update them as soon as possible, and cannot guarantee their non-existence or that the content of the information is permanently updated.
In no case will the I3A be responsible for possible infringements that any user of the website may commit in terms of intellectual and industrial property. Similarly, given the nature of the medium and the possible risks of alteration of content by third parties, the I3A excludes any liability that may arise from the content that appears on its website.
The I3A does not guarantee that the website and the server are virus-free and, therefore, it is not responsible for damages caused by accessing the website or the inability to access it. Nor is it responsible for failures in communication, interferences or breakdowns produced by technical or telecommunications services provided by third parties or from external servers.

Both the General Conditions of Use and the Particular Conditions and the Privacy Policy followed by the I3A are governed by Spanish legislation.
Any controversy in relation to the I3A website will be substantiated before the Spanish jurisdiction, submitting the parties to the Courts and Tribunals of Zaragoza, expressly waiving their privileges, if they had them and were different from those outlined.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We do not collect personal information about you when you visit our website, unless otherwise stated and unless you choose to provide this information to us. However, we automatically collect and store the following information in our server logs:
- The Internet Protocol (IP) address of the domain from which you are accessing the Internet, either yours individually or provided as a proxy by your Internet service provider (ISP)
- The date and time you accessed our site.
- The pages you browse
- The Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site.
This information is automatically deleted after a few days.
Statistical data collection
The I3A generates web statistics through Google Analytics to have information about the traffic of its website, the origin of the users, the pages they have visited, the duration of their sessions, the abandonment sections of the website, the search terms used in search engines, browsers used, etc. With this information, improvements in the structure of the website can be concluded that increase the satisfaction of its users but in no case do they imply the processing of the personal data that they have provided us.
We do not store any of this data, which is always anonymous, and we declare our adherence to the Google Analytics privacy policys for the treatment of analysis data.
